Offshore Delivery model

Generally with this model our Business Analyst conduct the requirement gathering process at the client site. The development and coding is done offshore. This model is very cost effective as our global offshore development center can develop software using our high quality processes and best industry practices at a very competitive prices.

Onsite Delivery model

In this model, Imetris resources work at the client's location to execute the project. This model works the best when a significant phase of the project involves end-user/ customer participation. Typically in high sensitive projects where the security of data and the nature of the projects prohibit the luxury of project to travel offshore. Ths onsite delivery model is the ideal option.

Near shore Delivery model

The Near Shore Delivery Model deals with services delivered from an adjacent or nearby state. This is particularly helpful when the client has various branches, and either a single or a pool of consultants can work from a remote location while making regular visits to the locations in order to perform analysis and quality testing.
