Chairman of the Board

Mr.Kohli, intially a banker and a successful businessman is the founder and Managing Director of Paras International SA, Luxembourg, specialising in global trading of Imaging Technology and graphic art products. He is also the Managing Director of Radical Technologies Ltd, Mumbai, a company providing back up services in various fields such as IT Recruitment / placements and BPO (business process outsourcing) operations. Mr.Kohli is also the Chairman of the Board of Imetris Corporation. a USA based e-business consultancy firm into IT staff augmentation and BPO operations.

Chandru Acharya
President

Chandru Acharya holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University. He has more than 15 years of Industry experience in managing Information Technology projects in North America and India. He has been involved in the development and deployment of various Internet based Services leveraging his techno-business skills. He currently plays a pivotal role in shaping the business of Imetris.

Alan Fischer
CEO

Over 35 years of business management experience in leading and growing small to medium size businesses. He has managed more than ten different businesses in 35 years in manufacturing, consulting and sales. He has a bachelors degree in marketing from Arizona State University, Tempe AZ.

Mr. Prakash Chaukar

Mr Prakash Chaukar has more than 30 years of rich experience and expertise in Technology and business. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from VJTI Mumbai, one of the premier educational institutes of India. Mr Chaukar began his career with IBM in 1973 and has provided his proficiencies to companies such as Zenith India, CMC etc with his innovative ideas and practical approach. His most recent full-time position was as Vice President with Reliance Energy Ltd, a part of the prestigious Reliance group. Currently, He free lances and lends his support and experience as a consultant; for IT and Telecom clients, covering wide array of technologies, business models, Greenfield projects, operations & maintenance.

Savita Thakur

Savita Thakur is currently the Director of Vidyanidhi Info Tech Academy - an Authorized Training Center of C-DAC (Center for Development in Advanced Computing, under the Ministry of IT, Govt. of India). She has vast experience in conducting Corporate Training in Computer Applications for organizations such as Air-India, Films Division (Govt. of India) and Khadi Village Industries Corp (Govt. of India). She has pioneered various programs in computer field such as establishing a ‘Real Life Application’ Lab where students are encouraged to apply their computer skills in day-to-day activities. She has over 15 years of work experience in the industry and is truly one of the visionary of the computer field.
