Sudhir K Kohli
Chairman of the Board

Sudhir started his career in the banking industry.He is a successful businessman, managing global businesses. He is the Managing Director of Paras International SA, Luxembourg.Paras specializes in the  global trading of graphic art and imaging technology products. Sudhir is also the founder/Chairman of Radical Technologies Ltd, Mumbai.

Radical provides services in various fields such as IT Recruitment and BPO (business process outsourcing) operations. Sudhir Kohli is the founder/President of the Indian Business Chamber of Luxembourg.

Kathleen M. Oswald
Board Member

Kathy Oswald began her career as a secretary at the Chrysler Corporation’s Jefferson Assembly Plant in 1972.  During her 28 years with Chrysler, she grew to become Chrysler’s top female executive before retiring in 2000.  At the time of her retirement Kathy was Chrysler’s Chief Administrative Officer responsible for Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Relations and Communications.

Following her career at Chrysler, Kathy joined Right Management Consultants as President, Great Lakes Region.  While at Right she was responsible for all operations of their offices in the Great Lakes region including Southfield, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Toledo.  Her key roles included leading their Organizational Consulting, Key Executive and Business Development activities, as well as growing their customer base.  During her tenure at Right Great Lakes she led them to year-after-year records for growth and profit.

In July 2008, Kathy joined Henry Ford Health System as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.  The two greatest challenges in this  recent career move are improving the quality of HR services at Henry Ford Health System during tough economic times and recruiting quality health care professionals, especially qualified nurses, when so many of them are joining smaller companies and organizations caring for the rapidly growing number of aging Americans.

Throughout her career, Kathy has received numerous awards and recognition for her professional achievements.  She was featured in Human Resource World’s “Top 50 HR Executives in the World” (2000); Automotive News’ “100 Leading Women in North America’s Auto Industry” (2000); Crain’s Detroit Business’ “Top 100 Women in Michigan” (1997); and Crain’s “100 Most Influential Women” (2007), just to mention a few.

Kathy holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Personnel Management from Central Michigan University.  She has also completed Duke University’s Advanced Management Program as well as the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resources Executive Program.

Savita Thakur

Savita Thakur is currently the Director of Vidyanidhi Info Tech Academy - an Authorized Training Center of C-DAC (Center for Development in Advanced Computing, under the Ministry of IT, Govt. of India). She has vast experience in conducting Corporate Training in Computer Applications for organizations such as Air-India, Films Division (Govt. of India) and Khadi Village Industries Corp (Govt. of India). She has pioneered various programs in computer field such as establishing a ‘Real Life Application’ Lab, where students are encouraged to apply their computer skills in day-to-day activities. She has over 15 years of work experience in the industry and is an expert in information technology.
